The Trajectory of Opportunity

Real Connections. Real Confidence. Real Opportunity.

The LaunchPad is a career readiness experience designed to help young adults build confidence, connections, and real-world direction.

A 5-7 Year Headstart

Four months of focused education, mentoring, and insight to leapfrog your peers.

Step beyond typical career readiness programs into a curated environment where ambitious young adults gain direct exposure to accomplished business leaders, executive mentors, and a network of high-performing peers. Here, relationships are not accidental.

They are intentional.

A Program Unlike Any Other

Build a vision for yourself and your potential.

3

Learn.

An Intensive Weekend

The Launchpad begins with an intensive 3-day weekend that will cover the life skills we think we know, but don’t:

  • How to really manage time, finances, people
  • How to build and exude confidence
  • How to communicate success
  • How to become a critical thinker

2

Connect.

Coaching & Masterminds

Each participant joins a Group Coaching and Mastermind experience that meets twice per month for four months. Between sessions, they stay connected through a gamified learning experience with progress tracking, real-world challenges, and achievement-based activities that keep the program interactive and engaging. Participants will also take part in one corporate site visit and two local business site visits during the four-month program.

1

Launch.

Mentorship for the future

Graduates will conclude the program with a virtual graduation experience celebrating their progress, connections, and next steps. At graduation, each participant will be connected with either a mentor in their desired industry or a two-month internship opportunity designed to provide real-world exposure and continued growth. Mentors will help graduates navigate their career interests, expand their professional network, and continue building the confidence, skills, and support systems developed throughout The LaunchPad. Graduates may also have opportunities to stay connected through a continuing LaunchPad community, giving them access to ongoing encouragement, networking, peer support, and future growth opportunities beyond the four-month program.
